In the Gaudí sun lounger, we have a return to the same materials and signs of the outdoor seating collection with the same name, with the exemplary combination of the natural properties of wood and the excellent comfort of the seating.
The classical shape and performance of the sun lounger have been revisited in an elegant and stylish light: the iroko wood frame defines the shape of the front feet; the lounger is completed with a removable padded mattress and a reclining headrest. The posterior portion is fitted with wheels to facilitate moving the lounger from one place to another. Iroko wood is available in three variations: natural, stained grey or coffee-brown, that allow it to be embellished with a wide range of cover materials and patterns.
The Gaudí sun lounger completes the seating collection that I designed for Flou in 2021. That was the company’s first approach to outdoor living and reinforced its elegant and stylish vision of living the lifestyle.

The frame is stainless steel coated with white epoxy powder paint. Details of the headboard and the feet in iroko heartwood – with a natural, grey-stained or coffee-brown finish. The base is fitted with water-repellent elastic straps and the backrest can be reclined manually. The mattress is self-draining, non-deformable and single-density, with removable covers selected from the Flou outdoor upholstery fabric collection or compatible fabrics provided by the Client for use in sheltered outdoor spaces. The sun lounger is fitted with one-directional posterior thermoplastic wheels.
